Q: Where does the chair heat?
A: The chair heats up in a 84 square inch area on the seat of the chair, heating can be sealed in by pairing it with our Kuma Kamp Blanket!
Q: How long does the heat last?
A: With three different temperature settings the heating time can vary depending on your setting. Chairs used on high will last 2 hours, medium for 4 hours, and low will last 6 hours
A: Plan to have your battery charging for 10 hours, using the cord provided. Charging times can varry depending on what source you are plugging your battery into and the length of charging cable used (longer cords=longer charge time)
Q: How do I store my heated chair?
A: Do not store the chair with the battery plugged in, keep unplugged when not in use! Keep the chair protected from the elements to avoid sun/water damage!
LIMITED LIFETIME PRODUCT WARRANTY
Kuma products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and
workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect,
even after extended use, we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear,
and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not
covered under warranty will be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return
shipping.
All batteries and battery operated products have a 1 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
